I seem to recall that last year, a lot of participants also complain about the lack of feedback regarding the registration.... looks like they have not improve on their procedure.

hmmmm... no reply to my email and no update on the individual registration at website.
so i called them and surprisingly,
1. the Email : info@swissotelverticalmarathon.com goes to swissotel and not to the event management company and my email was not redirected to them for followup
2. the confirmed registration details is updated by swissotel but may not be the latest that the event management company had furnished them. So call to call with the event management company directly
anyways, my name is still not in, and still waiting for their advice...
